My thought ❤️❤️
Believe in yourself… trust in yourself… society tends to tell us the exact opposite. Every day we are bombarded with advertisements, pitches, and promises that if we place our trust without, instead of within, all our troubles will be taken care of. But this is all nonsense, and nothing could be further from the truth. For just like the bird upon the tree, we do not need the world or its empty promises to hold us aloft, we have everything we need within us–all we must do is believe in our own wings.
You and I are unique creations, blessed with wondrous abilities, talents, and potential. We each possess our very own souls. We were given intelligence and a conscience. We all have our own passions and desires, goals and objectives. How well do we utilize these gifts we have been given? Do we use them to their fullest potential, or do we overlook them.
We all have wings… wings that can support us when we fall, carry us on our journey through life, and help us to control gracefully our time here on Earth. But recognizing that we have them, and using them, is up to us.
