As of now autoimmune disease is the worst disease which 10% of the population are getting affected. Autoimmune disease is such where your own immune system goes wrong and it tends to destroy the healthy cells. We know that T-Cells and B-Cells are created in the bone Marrow(Majja) and Mars is the karaka for the bone marrow..
Secondly other factors also to be seen for onslaught of Auto-Immune disease.
1)Lagna lord afflicted or weak
2)Airy signs and their lords
3)Sun weak or afflicted
4)Moon and Venus involvement
5)Dusthana lords involvement
6)Water and fiery elements involvement which we call it as Pitta dosha
If lagna lord is weak or placed in the dusthanas then understand that native will face hurdles with respect to his health. Most of the time native will fall sick and until and unless there is a involvement of natural benefic the situation does not improve
Airy signs are Gemini, Libra and Aquarius hence any involvement of these signs with respect to the dushthanas to be seen
Sun is the planet which give us immunity and strength to move forward. We also know that how important Sun is in our daily life’s. Hence Sun should be strong in our chart and should not be debilitated or in the sign of its enemies or in dusthanas
Moon is the karaka for blood whereas Venus is the karaka for the actual immune cells which we call it as White blood cells. Depending on the placement of these planets which control our blood and White cells we can understand how strong is our immune system
Dusthana lords are those which are connected to 6,8,12 as these houses are bad for the native and can bring troubles during their periods. If any of the dusthana lord is connected to the lagna lord or in the lagna or with Venus or Moon or with airy signs then note that issues can occur
Water signs are Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces where as Fiery signs are Aries, Leo and Saggitarius…Lord of these houses in any of the above given houses can lead to Pitta dosha..Even aspects of Mars and Sun are considered.
In an example I found that 8th lord Mars is with Rahu which is the lord of the 6th house and placed in the 5th house of Capricorn. Native had autoimmune disease and got triggered after the child birth(5th is child birth) and continued till the native was alive.
Note that if the 8th house or the lord is involved then the disease will be of long term
