Journeys are the foundations of our lives. Just like everything has a beginning and an end, Journeys constitute of all things in between. It is the process of getting from one point to another. Physical Journeys involve a definite movement and provides challenges for a traveller to extend life. There is a path that we as human beings, follow throughout our lives that divide and multiply, leaving us with not only opportunities, choices and decisions, but also obstacles and mazes. It is this path that helps us to become better acquainted with ourselves, as well as those around us. 🌹
Centuries we are giving value of conversation, suddenly people feel to be silent, what a big change in human civilization.
We ARE THE CREATOR
WE ARE THE DESTROYER.
Time to analyze the presence of being, copy, paste can be
Possible in your computer screen not in your life,
It is reality, so accept it and live which is better for you,
Not to survive, for centuries your surviving. 🌹
It’s typical however that as our sense of vulnerability and stimulation weakens so too does our desire for the first type of love-making.
In The Conscious Union, we learn how to cultivate a more balanced form of spiritual sex, one that creates harmony between the passionate animal and sensually playful sides of our sexuality. In The Conscious Union we listen to our sexual desires, explore our bodies and those of our lovers, build deeper intimacy through eye-gazing, sensually caress, and follow our deepest forms of sexual expression. These often generate intense feelings of union and love that briefly take us beyond our sense of self.
It is through this practice of conscious union that we can reach the next stage of soulful union.🌹
When we have the inability to express and fulfill our sexual needs, we often have the inability to express ourselves assertively in other areas of life. A lack of assertiveness is tied to sexual repression because it often follows the same modalities of thought: “I have to be a good person” and being good often means sitting down, shutting up, and doing what you’re told.🌹🌹
Instead of Worrying……

Instead of wasting time worrying, think positivity about how the cause of the problem can be removed. If you want to get rid of a trouble, calmly analyze your difficulty, setting down point by point the pros and cons of the matter; then determine what steps might be best to accomplish your goal.
Sri Sri Paramahansa Yogananda.
Sri Ramakrishna was very concerned about his disciples’ welfare. If anyone of them did not visit him for a while, he would ask someone about that person.
Once, when Hari Prasanna [later Swami Vijnanananda] did not come to Dakshineswar for a long time, the Master sent for him. When he arrived, the Master asked why he had been absent for so long. Hari Prasanna replied truthfully: “Sir, I didn’t feel like coming. Moreover, I try to meditate, but I find I cannot.” “What do you mean you cannot meditate?” exclaimed the Master. After remaining silent for a few moments, he said, “Come near me.” Hari Prasanna related what then transpired:
As I approached the Master, he asked me to stick out my tongue. When I did, he drew a figure on it with his finger. My whole body began to tremble, and I felt an unspeakable bliss within. Then the Master said, “Go to the Panchavati and meditate there.”
Following his instruction, I slowly moved towards the Panchavati. I walked with difficulty, intoxicated with joy from the Master’s touch. Somehow I reached there and sat for meditation. Then I lost all outward consciousness. When I regained my ordinary state of mind, I saw the Master seated by me. He was rubbing my body with his hands. His face shone with a heavenly smile. I was still in an intoxicated mood. He asked me, “Well, how was your meditation?” “It was very good, sir,” I replied. Then the Master said, “From now on you will always have deep meditation.” He further asked, “Did you have a vision?” I reported my experience to the Master as faithfully as I could. Then I followed him to his room. I was alone with him. That day he talked to me for a long time and gave me many spiritual instructions. I was overwhelmed by the Master’s love and compassion for me. I had not realized before that he had so much feeling for me. Sri Ramakrishna’s grace was boundless.
On that day the Master said to me: “Never get involved with women. Always be careful. Let there be no stain on your character. Never look at a woman, even if she is made out of gold. Do you know why I am saying all this to you? You belong to the Divine Mother, and you will have to do a lot of work for Her. A pecked fruit cannot be offered to the Mother. So I tell you, be careful.”
Stress. Pressure. We work under it. We are driven by it. We suppress it. We deny it and try to escape it. We take vitamins for it. We feel it in our chest. Our stomach churns. Our palms get sweaty. And all of us are squeezed by it.
But whatever these stresses are, it doesn’t matter, what matters is, how We all should learn to see these pressures in our lives, we have to change our point of view of perceiving these pressures. What are these pressures and burdens, perhaps the burdens we try to cast off are the one’s Allah use in our lives to press us to Him, to make us to trust Him, totally, completely without any reservations. He strengthen us for responding to these pressures.
1-The first step toward easing off of these stresses is, “don’t blame yourself unnecessarily, be your own strongest ally in stress relief.”
2-If you find yourself emotionally “holding onto” mistakes you’ve made, noticing more of what you’ve done wrong than what you’ve gotten right, and getting anxious when you do a good-but-not-perfect job, be aware that there is a better way.
“do your best” is better than “be perfect,”
3-You may not be able to change your personality, but you can soften the edges and shift your focus toward being more relaxed, and that can make all the difference.
4-You can start by paying attention to how you feel at the end of the day, at the end of a weekend (when you’re about to start a new week with new challenges), and taking a careful look at your life to see if you have enough time for nurturing relationships, engaging in regular exercise, getting enough sleep, and maintaining other self-care activities on a regular basis.
Taking care of yourself is essential for stress management, and no other goals should be put above it, or you won’t be able to reach those goals as effectively–exhausted people lose momentum eventually.
5-Be optimistic rather than pessimistic
6-Feel free than feeling better
“It is not pressure, but our response to pressure, that determines pressure’s effect on us.” Joe Bayly
A man had two large pots, each hung on an end of a pole which he carried across his neck. One of the pots had a crack in it, and while the other pot was perfect and always delivered a full portion of water at the end of the long walk from the stream to his house, the cracked pot arrived only half full.
For a full two years this went on daily, with the man delivering only one and a half pots full of water to his house. Of course, the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments, feeling accepted and appreciated. But the poor cracked pot was ashamed of its own imperfection, and miserable that it was able to accomplish only half of what it had been made to do. After two years of what it perceived to be a bitter failure, it spoke to the man one day by the stream.
“I am ashamed of myself, and I want to apologize to you.”
“Why?” asked the man. “What are you ashamed of?”
“I have been able, for these past two years, to deliver only half my load because this crack in my side causes water to leak out all the way back to your house. Because of my flaws, you have to do all of this work, and you don’t get full value from your efforts.” the pot said.
The man felt sorry for the old cracked pot, and in his compassion, he said, “As we return to my house, I want you to look at the beautiful flowers along the path. It will make you feel better.”
Indeed, as they went up the hill, the old cracked pot took notice of the sun warming the beautiful wild flowers on the side of the path, and this made it feel a little happier. But at the end of the path, it still felt bad because it had leaked out half its load, and so again the Pot apologized to the man for its failure.
The man said to the pot, “Did you notice that there were flowers only on your side of your path, but not on the other pot’s side? That’s because I have always known about your flaw, and I took advantage of it. I planted flower seeds on your side of the path, and every day while we walk back from the stream, you’ve been watering them. For two years I have been able to pick these beautiful flowers to take home to my wife. With you being just the way you are, you have given beauty and meaning to me every day.”🌹
A rich man had a garden and two gardeners. One of these gardeners was very lazy and did not work; but when the owner came to the garden, the lazy man would get up and fold his arms and say, “How beautiful is the face of my master”, and dance before him.
The other gardener would not talk much, but would work hard, and produce all sorts of fruits and vegetables which he would carry on his head to his master who lived a long way off. Of these two gardeners, which would be the more beloved of his master?
Shiva is that master, and this world is His garden, and there are two sorts of gardeners here; the one who is lazy, hypocritical, and does nothing, only talking about Shiva’s beautiful eyes and nose and other features; and the other, who is taking care of Shiva’s children, all those that are poor and weak, all animals, and all His creation.
Which of these would be the more beloved of Shiva? Certainly he that serves His children. He who wants to serve the father must serve the children first. He who wants to serve Shiva must serve His children — must serve all creatures in this world first. It is said in the scriptures that those who serve the servants of God are His greatest servants.
So, If you want to become a devotee of Shiva then try to follow these things ~
Keep unshakable faith in Shiva.
Discard your ego, Do everything for Shiva’s sake. Do Everything with love and compassion.
Help poor and needy people.
Control your lust, anger and greed. (You can easily overcome these bad qualities by the grace of shiva)
Worship him with all faith and devotion. Time doesn’t matter. Worship him day and night.
Remember, He is not anywhere if he is not in your heart.
Shiva is There, Where the heart is holy and the mind is pure. Where there is love and compassion.
If you commit any sin unintentionally, Then apologize to Shiva and do not repeat that mistake again.
The highest form of bhakti is to meditate on Shiva while doing any activity.
Meditate on shiva while walking, talking, reading or doing any activity.
The one embracer of the universe, by knowing Him as “kind, benign” (Ĺ›ivam), one attains peace forever.!
You are my Love, you are my Beloved;
You are my heart, my soul, and the faith of mine.
By your breath I am alive;
What is one life? – you are a hundred lives of mine.
Without you, bread cannot feed a man;
You are the water and the bread of mine.
By your touch, poison becomes medicine;
You are the cure and the sweet nectar of mine.
You are the garden, the grass, and the heavens;
You are the cypress and the laughing jasmine of mine.
I have entered that supreme silence.
Please, you go on . . .
My mouth may open, words may come out,
But you are every sweet song of mine….!
